Hello BSA community! We want to help you better support your student during remote learning this fall.

This is a useful resource packed with a lot of helpful information and we encourage caregivers to access it regularly to help stay informed about your student’s remote learning experience. Announcement #2:                                BSA celebrates Latina/Latinx History Month!

Greetings, BSA community! We want to introduce two events in honor of Latina/Latinx/Latino History Month.

Hello BSA family, we welcome and hope you will join us on Thursday, October 22nd at 5 PM for our showcase event honoring Latina/Latinx Culture at BSA.

There will be a virtual dance class, a discussion about Latinx authors, conversation, a chance to meet your child’s teachers, and more. Please log-in below to register for the event. We hope to see you soon.

Announcement #3:                    Workforce Webinar Wednesdays

Starting this Wednesday, October 21st, Ms.Bellony will be providing Workforce Warrior Workshops via Zoom.  These workshops are intended to provide the knowledge and practice of various skill sets that will prepare them for Academic and Professional success. Some of the skills we will cover are professional communication, decision-making, creativity, and prioritization. Additionally, Ms. Bellony is issuing $25 Amex giftcards to the first 5 students to attend all 5 Workforce Warrior Workshops that will be provided this fall (there will be few opportunities to make up any you may have missed!).

COMMUNITY WARRIOR:
Ms. Bellony is offering 3hrs. of community service to students who are eligible and registered to vote. To gain these 3hrs, you must submit proof to Ms. Bellony (sbellony@door.org) of being registered to vote.
