Danielle Glantz, LCSW

Danielle Glantz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Director of Social Emotional Learning at BSA. She received a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Michigan and a MSW at Fordham University. Danielle has been a dedicated member of our community since 2018. She started as the Attendance Improvement Dropout Prevention Social Worker and in 2021, was promoted to School Social Worker. In 2023, Danielle was promoted to the Director of Social Emotional Learning. She supervises the social work team in providing evidenced-based, culturally competent, and dynamic counseling services to students. Danielle believes that students' social, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing is paramount to their success in school and beyond; she is committed to equipping students with the support and skills to grow in these areas. Danielle recognizes that this work extends to every corner of our community and deeply values partnering with families, staff, and The Door.
