Tiffany McAfee

Tiffany McAfee serves as Head of School at The Door's Broome Street Academy Charter High School (BSA). A dedicated educator and advocate for youth development, Tiffany began her career teaching high school English for ten years in her home state of Illinois before joining Teach For America in Newark, New Jersey. Transitioning into instructional leadership, she has spent the last six years serving as a school principal in East Harlem and Howard Beach, focusing on cultivating student-centered environments rooted in care and equity. At BSA, Tiffany is excited to champion a vision where all young people feel safe, loved, and valued, while building robust pathways for every student to achieve lasting academic and personal success.
